The goal of the MIOYO program is to instill measures to help avoid being blocked out of the rental market due to lack of background when filling out a rental application form.

Commonly referred to “Adulting-101,” this program is ideally designed First-time renters who are unprepared to care for property and /or themselves and personal belongings are at risk of being marginalized in the rental market. If this occurs, their household budget can be adversely affected for years while they pay rents greater than market value. Typically, these are individuals who simply never learned basic “how-to” lessons while they were growing up.
